  1. What user roles exist in BCB?
    The user roles are; Org Admin, Advisor and Read-Only
  2. What does Org Admin do?
    Org Admins manage users, settings and system integrations
  3. What does the Advisor role do?
    The advisor role has the same functional rights as the Org Admin, except they cannot add or remove users
  4. What is a Read-Only user?
    A read-only users is able to view dashboards and reports, but cannot make any changes to any part of their organisation
  5. Can I invite users to my organisation?
    Users can be nominated to the organisation by the Org Admin. They must then self register and are linked to the organisation
  6. Can I remove users?
    The Org Admin is able to add and remove users
  7. Can I control what users can see?
    While you cannot control what users see, you are able to control what they can/can't edit. A Read-only users cannot edit anything and is only able to see data. An Advisor can edit Targets and enter Actuals only if granted permission
  8. Can advisors manage multiple clients?
    Advisors are able to switch between organisations if they are nominated by more than one
