Beneath are a variety of FAQ regarding SIMPRO’s integration with the BCB platform

  1. How do I disconnect from SIMPRO
    Disconnecting from SIMPRO is simple, just select “Disconnect SIMPRO” in the Integration Centre
  2. Does BCB write back to SIMPRO
    BCB is read only. It does not write or push any data back into your job management system (JMS). Any changes must be made directly inside SIMPRO and then Synced in BCB so that they are visible on the platform.
  3. How do data sync settings work? How often does it sync? How do I know a sync was successful?
    By default, BCB will sync with SIMPRO daily at 00:00, however, you’re able to customise the frequency (hourly, every 6 hours etc.) When choosing daily, you can also choose the time of synchronisation.
